Customer Statement - Filters in statements page and option to exclude customers
The ability to mark customers to exclude from sending statements, or add more filters ( including customer groups) in statements page, which will help to find correct group of clients to send statements. This will simplify collections process.

Statement - Easier Sorting to BULK send SOME statements in a different language (French) and SOME in a different currency (USD). I am currently spending 8+ hours to send statements manually because there is no way to FLAG the account as French and then Sort by French OR Flag the Account as a USA one and then sort by currency or something. I could create a Group that says FRENCH CAD and USD and English CAD but in the statement module we cannot sort by Group. I though oh maybe add a dummy email so that it says French in it but yes we can sort by email but only the MAIN email, not the other ones... I need ideas here. My main job is not sending statements.. I am getting behind.

Being able to set up client groups for customers who don’t require statements would save so much time. This is definitely a must‑have feature.

very important. such as clients that pay by standing order, or are currently unwell. Also the ability to run statements for a contact group in one selection

I need to be able to filter out archived clients from current clients. This is so we dont send statements & fund request (Payments on accounts) to dead/ grieving families clients. Elderly care industry in relation to re-charges. The statements page will be unusablely cluttered is a short period.

EOM statements are time consuming as our business clients want an 'Outstanding' statement as at EOM and other clients prefer an 'Activity' statement so they can see that their payment has been received. The ability to search by Contact Groups would make this task efficient and free from errors like missing a contact altogether or sending an Activity statement to a business client etc.
