Customer statements - Print in Landscape
Can we have an option to print to pdf statements in landscape as well as portrait?
for example the screen in xero when I look at the statement shows the invoice reference in full but when you download this to PDF the reference gets shortened. This is an issue when the reference is a PO number and then you don't see all the PO number on the PDF version, for some customers they will not accept the PDF statement because of this

Mike Baptiste. Not quite the solution anyone here is looking for and i agree, not professional looking at all. Xero should be able to do this as a print option within the software and atm what it prints is also not professional.

This is a trivial change - just print to PDF in Landscape mode. As others have noted, the crucial reference info is only a few characters long. Instead we print direct from the browser, which works, but is not as professional looking

I am glad there are other people who are upset about this. It makes sending statement completely pointless as i need to add an invoice list or send the actual invoices for reference. I see people have been complaining about this since 2024. Xero, please sort this out.

Even when we edit the Reference field to LongReference, it does not update the PDF for printing. Sending out a statement with "..." in the reference field is just unprofessional. Could someone from Xero please respond?

I agree this needs to be sorted. I am also having the problem with statements and being forced to send a statement with all the invoices attached also. This is over a year ago somone mentioned this and i am amazed you havent fixed this yet. Very disappointing.

Is there an update on this query. It would be brilliant if the statements could print in landscape.
