Invoices & Emails - Support Markdown-style text formatting
A simple solution for those that want to format their text when emailing would be to allow formatting that WhatsApp uses, where you simply add * either side of word or sentence that you wish to format as bold, for example.

Thanks Eamonn for the feedback here. We hear that having a quicker way to format text in invoices and emails would help improve clarity and workflow efficiency.
Being able to apply simple Markdown-style formatting while typing could make it easier to emphasise important information like due dates or payment terms. This has been moved to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest and share it with the product team.

That’s actually a practical and user-friendly idea. Using simple markdown-style formatting like WhatsApp does (for example, bold, italic, or ~strikethrough~) would make email text formatting much faster and easier, especially for users who don’t want to deal with complex formatting menus. It keeps the writing process clean and intuitive while still giving messages better structure and emphasis. Many modern messaging apps have proven how effective this approach can be, and similar features in email clients could improve productivity and readability. For users looking for enhanced messaging features and customization options, Real GBApps https://realgbapps.com/ is also a useful resource to explore.
