View Invoice detail
I often need to go to a clients file and look up previous invoices to see the last time they ordered a product, how much they had and what they paid etc . At the moment I just get a list of invoices we have raised for the customer and have to open them one by one to see the detail. It can take ages to find what I am looking for . I need to be able to quickly scroll through all the invoice description. My work round is to export details of all invoices raised each month to a spreadsheet , sorted by customer and date and then I can quickly view the descriptions.

Hi Simon, it sounds like the Receivable Invoice Details report should help with the view you're after here.
If you set up the report to Group by contact you can easily run this anytime to get a quick understanding at the invoice line level of the different services and products you have sold to different customers.
Alternatively, the Income by Contact report or Sales by Item report may be other options that you an look into.
