Singapore e-Invoice - Validate credit note in Invoice Now
To have the ability to validate credit notes in Invoice Now that are not allocated to a sales invoice but are solely created to issue a cash refund.

Appreciate you raising this suggestion. Being able to send credit notes via InvoiceNow could make it easier to keep cash refund processes within the e-invoicing workflow.
