Xero Expenses - Ability to change 'How did you pay' through Xero Me app
Xero Expenses - be able to change an expense claim submitted by an employee through the Expense App as Personal money (reimbursable) to Company Money (non-reimbursable). Currently within Xero Expenses, you can change the 'How did you 'pay' on an employee's submitted expense only if it was processed as Company Money (non reimbursable). It would be good if we could also do it the other way round in that if an employee submits an expense on the app as Personal, it could be changed to Company.

Yes indeed, much needed. In the Xero app, when entering a receipt, there was a choice in the field “how did you pay?” offering reimbursable expense or showing the corporate card linked. In Xero me, it seems we do not have this choice anymore. How can an employee lodge an expense incurred with his corporate card (not reimbursable) vs an expense paid with his own money and therefore reimbursable?

We have the problem where people use company funds and claim as personal reimbursement. I should be able to remove access to either one to make this toll more effective. And approver should be able to correct submitters mistake instaed of having ot decline and have it resubmitted which is a waste of time

And it would be good to be able to change the default 'how did you pay' method as well. All of our expenses are out of pocket, but they always come through as 'non-reimburseable' as this is the deafult and have to be chaged manually every time to make them reimburseable.

We have a lot of personal expenses (reimburseable) and no company expenses within our business - when employees input their expenses it defaults to company money.
Occasionally these slip through the net and aren't changed prior to approval.
Can we switch off 'company money' in expenses - or can we set 'personal spend' to be the default option?
