    Thanks for your input 'Accounts Expertunity' but I've tried making this change to no avail. Despite the bank saying it is not their error, maybe the problem lies with the specific bank institution; which might explain why you are able to do this with a different banking institution?

    We have had to pay staff into secondary bank accounts rather than their shared (Joint account) transaction account to enable payment to spouses/partners in the same pay run. This function should be essential to process payments to staff. Surely, we are not the only business with partners that work together.

    Hi Rob, if you click the Find & Match text above the right hand side of the match this'll pop open the Find & Match modal where you can quickly open the invoice in another tab to check it's details.

    It would be great to see the reference (job) number for the matched invoice in the reconcile line when it is green rather than having to open the find and match tab.

    Hi everyone, while not directly from an employee's record it's possible to view an employees payslip without having to download it. If you select Pay employees from the Payroll menu, choose the required pay run you'll be able to click View Reports where you can choose the 'Payslips' option.

    From here you can see the payslips for all employees in that pay period.

    We don't have direct plans for adding this capability from within an employee's record atm, but we'll track the interest of this here and let you know if any change is planned.

    Our staff frequently lose receipts. I'd like them to be able to take a photo of the receipt than I can zoom in on for details rather than an enormous photo from their iphone. The expenses option in Xero Me requires the user to assign an account and multiple details from the receipt. If they assign the receipt to the wrong account or input incorrect information- this is just more work for me to fix and just double handling. Can you please just enable the option to submit the photo without details- I'm happy to input those just like I have been in the Xero mobile app in the receipts tab. Our staff would be privy to too much financial information to be given access to the mobile app- just an add upload function to the Xero Me app instead! Thanks.
