leave tracking report for requests that have not been completed, it could fall in previous payroll periods or current or future. This could offer more functionalities for payroll officer to track leaves in a larger payroll.

Hi there, we appreciate you raised this a little while ago. This isn't something we have plans for in the near term.
Not getting a lot of support from other members we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

Functionality to run a leave report based on the date leave Approved not just by actual Leave Dates. This will enable us to track leave on a weekly basis of what has been approved.

A Leave Summary Report that includes leave balance and leave balance that includes requested leave would be very beneficial to help staff and managers plan leave and manage balances more easily. Currently you need to check leave balances individually to see an inclusion of leave requested.
