Thanks for sharing your idea, and letting us know the changes that matter most for you.
We can see that being able to generate a list of employees who are authorised to approve leave may be useful. It's up to the community to get behind and support it. It might be useful to note that when selecting a leave approver, employees can see a list of leave approvers and payroll admin.
Along with votes, other members can now comment to share additional detail about how your idea could improve their experience with Xero.

It would be good to see one list of those authorised to approve leave. We use Xero.Me APP. Our process is only two people can approve leave. However we have numerous list of Payroll Admins' (10 at least from our External Accountants). It would be good to be able to select the Payroll Admin's who can approve leave. So not all the Payroll Admin's are visible in the list? The list is too big and it would be good to have only those two designated to approve leave get the notificiations, to create a simple workflow.
