UK Payroll - Edit the layout of employees payslips
change the layout of the current payslip
a) Payment details - electronic transfer to move under the correct column at the moment it appears under YTD
b) YTD details to be moved to the bottom of the payslip within a separate table.
At the moment the payslip is messy and employees find it confusing

Could you please improve the overall look and layout of the payslips?
For example, I think the Take Home Salary should be much more prominent and displayed as a large figure at the bottom of the payslip, so it’s immediately clear what the employee will actually receive.
It would also be helpful to have the Year-to-Date figures in a separate, clearly defined section, rather than having them mixed in with the current figures. At the moment, the columns feel quite close together, which makes the information a little confusing and difficult to read.
It would also be nice to introduce another colour to help distinguish the different sections and give the payslip a more modern, polished appearance.

I would like the template to be customisable completely. The YTD column brings me the most queries out of all of them. Being able to make the this pay column grey or bold to stand out would save a lot of pain.
