leave balances report using actual hourly rate
Leave entitlement balances report options are required. Currently the leave entitlement balances report shows the employee entitlement amount as an average of the last pay which can included overtime.
There must be an option to generate this report based on the employee's actual hourly rate. Annual Leave is paid at the actual hourly rate and not an average, and the current report overstates the Employee Entitlements.
