Ability to add the same task to all projects would save huge amounts of time when starting out with projects and general maintenance.

    I currently have a pinned Slack message with our 12 re-used tasks to add to every project along with their (same) hourly rate. It's not the end of the world, but it's so tedious, and would make me have a more positive experience using Xero.

    I'm guessing this has not been picked up? It is very time consuming to add to each individual project.

    When clients are setting up projects, it is very time consuming to repeat the process for similiar tasks on each project, Sage does have the ability to post time entries without adding a task to each individual project, having global tasks available would be much handier.
