XPM - Hide Archived Contacts
New XPM Contacts that link to multiple clients shows archived contacts when search. This is confusion to know which contact to select when the client has archived entities, if use incorrect one then not using 1 main contact. Currently having to select each one till find the main contact with current contact info.
Need to block out archived contacts from showing or atleast show a symbol against them so know not to select it.

Following the update, we can no longer easily tell if we are viewing an archived client profile in Xero Practice Manager. Previously, there was an 'archived' tag however now the only way to tell is to check the Relationships section where 'archived' appears next to each related client name (so no way to tell at all if that client had no relationships). Not having this information clearly visible could lead to confusion as to the status of a client.

This was first raised in 2021. It is now 4 years later and should be rectified. Xero too keen on making reports pretty than fixing basic functions.
