AU TAX - Send tax returns to clients directly through Xero Tax
It would be useful to be able to email tax returns direct from XERO tax. Returns sent by XERO sign can only be viewed by a client in their entirity prior to signing if they have an ADOBE account.

We have received feedback from clients on the difficulty of them having to set up a ‘free account’ to login and view their documents and expressing that it is not user-friendly program to use.
The video isn’t clear and the instructions within the template that is sent out can be quite complex to navigate.We receive numerous daily phone calls on how to create a free account and end up needing to cancel the document packs (already paid for) and have to resend to them via another portal or via email.
Please look into and make more user friendly for clients. It is creating a lack of productivity and clients are frustrated with the process.

We need to email estimates and returns to clients, which requires multiple steps including two client lookups.
- click print return
- de-select 6+ checkboxes
- click print return
- locate client folder to save pdf
- new email in mail client
- locate client folder and file to attach to emailIt would be much more efficient if xero tax had an email client button similar to HandiTax SQL - 1 button click:
- opens new email in default mail client
- sets To address from client record
- attaches pdf to emailIt would also help to be able to default checkboxes to unchecked in the print return options.
