Xero sign - Simplify client login for signing documents
Improve the way clients can create accounts and log into an existing xero account.
If we create an account for them, it asks them to put in their organisation details. Then we invite the client into the organisation, they have to accept the invitation.
Clients are always having issues with their log ins, and signing documents. Feel this could be made easier for them.

We have received feedback from clients on the difficulty of them having to set up a ‘free account’ to login and view their documents and expressing that it is not user-friendly program to use.
We receive numerous daily phone calls on how to create a free account and end up needing to cancel the document packs (already paid for) and have to resend to them via another portal or via email.
Please make more user-friendly for clients and fix as a priority! It is creating a lack of productivity.

A client on the Xero Portal login page who resets their password should be redirected back to the Xero Portal login page NOT to the Xero Accounting login page where they are asked for details to sign up for a free trial. This is an ongoing, old and frustrating issue that wastes time. Please fix!

Client login is extremely complicated. Should be user friendly saving time for admins and users....

xero sign..... on resetting your password, the page redirects to the xero portal rather than attempting to add a business subscription. It reduces our clients trust in the product.
