Would be great to have the option to add another manager in XPM under a client. For example we have associates that onboard a client but a Director still needs to oversea this and quite option we have a manager that may be the contact person. At the moment there is no where to put the manager if there is already a Director and Associate involved.

Yes!! And custom invoice templates. I don't understand why you can access Job manager, but not Job partner (or Account Manager)?

Adding more merge fields to the Xero cover letter templates. I would like to be able to add the position description (The role of the person who signs the letter), the salutations, the ability to add more than 1 addresses, for when we are doing multiply returns or a group return and client email address.

Please make it an option to have the sign off on the Tax Return Cover Letter as Manager rather than Tax Agent name. This helps the client know who to refer to if they have any queries.
