Sending Tax Returns and Documents to Clients Via Xero Software
We have received feedback from clients on the difficulty of them having to set up a ‘free account’ to login and view their documents and expressing that it is not user-friendly program to use.
The video isn’t clear and the instructions within the template that is sent out can be quite complex to navigate.
We receive numerous daily phone calls on how to create a free account and end up needing to cancel the document packs (already paid for) and have to resend to them via another portal or via email.
Please look into and make more user friendly for clients. It is creating a lack of productivity and clients are frustrated with the process.
