Archive tasks
Please allow tasks set up under Business - Settings - Tasks to be made inactive by master administrators so that they no longer show up in the list of available tasks to be added to jobs for team members.
We've had a number of tasks that we set up to track/monitor key items like jobkeeper or specific reporting periods that are no longer required/relevant.
While they have been removed from tasks within job templates, if a team member wants to add a task to a job/job template they need to scroll past many many tasks that no-one is using anymore to find the one they want or need.
I'd like to tidy this up, by archiving the tasks we needed historically but no longer need.
I don't want to delete them, as I've confirmed with support this will delete history associated with the tasks.
