  1. Would it be possible to create a new relationship option for Self Managed Superannuation Funds - 'Custodian'. Often when we have SMSF's with properties the SMSF has a trustee company and also an additional company as Custodian for the SMSF. It would be helpful to link both companies to the SMSF via relationships to get a better view of the client's structure.

  2. Having the ability to email a client directly from the 'Search clients' area to avoid opening the client file.

    If you search a client & click on the email in the column, there is a pop up just showing the email address again. This should be interactive so you can click on it & an automatic pop out to a new email opens, using your default program. Outlook in my case.
    If I need to email multiple clients in a row, this method would be faster than opening each client file to automatically email then going back to search again,…

  3. Hi Xero Support,
    I run a lunch club where members prepay in January for a bundle of 10 lunches for the year. Each lunch costs £27.
    The key point is that:
    Members are only charged a lunch when they actually attend
    If they do not attend a particular lunch, no deduction is made
    Unused lunches roll forward to the following year, or are offset against the next year’s invoice
    We invoice and take payment correctly in Xero in January for the full year ahead, but we then need to track usage of those prepaid lunches over time.

  4. When entering a cost create a dropdown selection menu of standard costs that are setup in settings. Current system requires a prompt to type in the correct cost to appear and fill out preset cost and charge figures.

    Also include a drop down to select staff member entering the cost. This would be a time saver for mileage and expense claims so you could filter a disbursement report quickly and submit to save double working.

  7. It would be good to be able to clearly identify accounting practice users on a clients xero platform. All they see is name and email and it would be good if the accounting firms name was somehow shown to give clients comfort especially where firms outsource work.

  8. Ability to identify which Xero files staff members who leave the firm have direct access to the client Xero file as opposed to being granted access from a firm level. This way, before you delete the user from Xero HQ/Blue you can check to see if any clients need to be contacted to update to invite the firm rather than a specific employee.

  9. Ability to remove unnecessary fields when setting up a client in XPM or ability to hide the blank fields after the setup so that they don't show up in the Client Details Tab. The purpose is to see the fields with details on them only and to make them look neat and tidy. Please see attached.
