Filter by Staff Teams when Assigning Client Access
It would be useful to filter by staff teams when allocating access to a client in Xero.
We already have the ability to group staff into teams within Xero HQ, and it would speed up assigning access to large groups of staff members if we could use these teams when assigning access to a client in Xero HQ. This could be added to the 'Filter' option.

Xero Ask - a universal login link for ask queries
If my client is tech challenged and cannot figure out how to follow a signature request link from your emails, I send them the link to https://portal.xero.com/ and they can usually manage it from there. This appears to work for document packs too.
Can we please have a similar universal login link for ask queries?

Job priority listing on home page
On the home page can the Jobs assigned to me widget have the ability to prioritise the jobs in order of priority for staff so they know what order to work on jobs

stop work status
Please add a field at the top of the client page where you can clearly identify in BOLD RED if the client has a stop work/file on hold action. This is helpful for clients that have overdue fees or if they are clients that we require upfront payment for. This needs to be visible on this page so it can not be missed by anyone that may undertake some work who is not aware.

update financial statements after change
Switched to Xero because of a general disappointment in QuickBooks, but one feature that I wish Xero had: When reviewing financial statements (P&L, General Ledger, etc.) and I make a change to account # (or Entity), the reports do not automatically update - I have to input all parameters and re-run the report. I have used "Find and Recode" for multiple changes, but to make one or two changes requires rerunning the report.
Any chance that Xero will update to this feature?

Practice Manager | Costs - Drop down for standard costs
When entering a cost create a dropdown selection menu of standard costs that are setup in settings. Current system requires a prompt to type in the correct cost to appear and fill out preset cost and charge figures.
Also include a drop down to select staff member entering the cost. This would be a time saver for mileage and expense claims so you could filter a disbursement report quickly and submit to save double working.

i would like to add a user with same profile to a number of organisations at the same time rather than individually access each company in Xero

Xero Files | Report: Ability to see user access
Ability to identify which Xero files staff members who leave the firm have direct access to the client Xero file as opposed to being granted access from a firm level. This way, before you delete the user from Xero HQ/Blue you can check to see if any clients need to be contacted to update to invite the firm rather than a specific employee.

Client Details - Hide Blank or Unnecessary field in XPM Client data
Ability to remove unnecessary fields when setting up a client in XPM or ability to hide the blank fields after the setup so that they don't show up in the Client Details Tab. The purpose is to see the fields with details on them only and to make them look neat and tidy. Please see attached.
