Hi team, while this isn't something we have plans to develop for already imported files. We have introduced a new upload tool via mobile that may help some here.
Via mobile, you can now upload multiple files as separate documents, or a single document - see more on this here
If for example you had a PDF with multiple pages you could instead take photos of each page and upload these via your mobile device as separate documents.

Seems silly that this function did not come across from Hubdoc, need this function implemented asap please

This ability would save so much time! Currently I have 2 suppliers who email one document containing anything up to 15-20 different invoices, daily. I currently have to separate by "printing" each page to PDF to downloads folder, then if I don't get distracted, attach to yet another email and send to Xero Draft Bills.

Many clients upload multi-page scanned documents (e.g., invoices or receipts) into Xero Files. Currently, there is no way to split a multi-page document within Xero Files to create separate Spend Money transactions for different suppliers or purposes. This requires extra steps outside of Xero, such as splitting PDFs using third-party tools, which is time-consuming and inconvenient.
It would be extremely helpful if Xero allowed users to split multi-page files directly within the Files library and attach individual pages to separate transactions. This would streamline workflow, reduce errors, and improve efficiency for users who regularly process bulk uploads.

Drag and drop or Upload via email - the ability to have one file that is made up of multiple bills be split out by Xero as part of the upload process - like we had similar in Hubdoc.
