We've been struggling with this since our client set up Google Drive autosync and it's been a disaster ever since. With the volume of bills they have (an unknown portion of which are archiving before we get a chance to review & publish to Xero) we have to consider asking the client to find another way to back up their docs to Google Drive.
There's no exportable audit trail details, so no downloading the CSV to find which uploaded documents have been synced to Google Drive, but not published to Xero.
Filters would help us with this problem, they would be a valuable productivity tool and provide a reasonable means to deal with these problems, where currently there aren't any.
Xero also needs to address the issue that this is happening in the first place, the user should be able to prevent auto-archiving for all suppliers until reveiwed, org-wide. Hubdoc should not archive any doc itself unless it has published/synced successfully to all integrated systems linked to the org.
