  1. CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER Journals needs to be added to the system????? And a proper detailed CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER DETAILED LEDGER - Without the allocation of payments AND credit note splits with THE ACTUAL DETAIL on the bank and jnls so that one can see what is going on.   2. Currently when you are viewing the GST Audit Report , you can select an item to view in more detail. When you back arrow to return to the GST Audit Report, Xero takes you back to the first item on page 1, not at the position where you left the Audit Report . It would be beneficial to the user, and would save a lot of time scrolling, if Xero returned the user to the position where they left the report.

  3. Hi All, As we are based in Northern Ireland we have a lot of clients that purchase from both sides of the boarder, and are required to submit intrastat declarations on a monthly basis, however unlike Sage, this information can not be stored in Xero and then exported to submit to HMRC.

    It would make reporting this information so much easier.

  4. I propose adding contact account numbers to account transaction reports in Xero. This enhancement will enable users to easily link and reconcile transactions with specific contacts, even when working with downloaded data in formats like Excel.

    By incorporating contact account numbers in account transactions reports, users can streamline transaction reconciliation. This feature simplifies the process of cross-referencing transactions and contacts, particularly when utilising downloaded data outside of Xero.

  5. To be able to attach documents (images / PDF ) to published reports.

  6. We recently converted from Quickbooks Desktop and are trying to reproduce a "Sales by Customer" Report that sorts descending by gross invoice amount but groups the contacts within the contact group together. In Xero, I cannot figure out a way to accomplish this.

  7. Currently the report's filters only available to filter thing that " contain " in the respective categories. Can you please also include the option "do not contain" - so that we could produce report to omit things that we would not wish to include. Thank you

  9. Management Report: Be able to save individual reports in the management report as custom reports. Currently only the pack can be saved as a custom report. If I have edited the profit and loss I cannot save this specific report to be used in other management packs.

  10. We would like to be able to capture non-financial (eg head count) and statistical numbers (eg Order Book) in Xero and add it into Xero reports alongside the existing financial information for management reporting
    Currently it seems that accounts that are added automatically appear in the Chart Of Accounts.
    Could another Account Type be created that allows memo accounts to be created outside the CoA?

  11. Currently Xero pulls data from the connected ledger into Xero tax – it’s great! But its pulls the account name, when we’re often only changing the reporting name so as not to mess with a clients system.
    Would be beneficial if Xero tax pulled the reporting name rather than the account name through for linked accounts. Would make things more consistent between financials & tax return.

  13. Would like to be able to find and recode transactions in bulk or have a report somehwere, where we can search the "include Adjustment to Tax" amount on any transactions. There is currently no way to find transactions that have this and to correct we have to find the batch payment, undo, edit the invoice, approve and re-batch. Not ideal.

    This isn't something we have planned at present but will get a sense of the appetite here and let you know if there's any change. 

  15. In the Basic Account Transactions Report (Common Format Bank Account Transactions) Can you please add the Reconciliation Status for each Bank Transaction. Both as a field and a filter.

  16. When running the Transactions by box number tab of the GST F5 Return, the Invoice Number will not be shown if we have already entered a reference on the invoice.

    If there is no reference entered, Xero will then show the Invoice Number under the 'Reference' column instead. Screenshot attached.

    This makes it difficult to do checking as most users do use the reference when creating invoice but showing the reference usually does not have much significance to the accountant/bookkeeper who is doing the checks for GST submission.

    We do hope that the Invoice Number column can also be shown…

  19. A report showing all Bank Statement lines for (Filtered) bank accounts and date ranges.
    This report could be used to track transfers that go from Bank Account A to B to C.
    Should include User created statement lines and reconciliation status. Additional details such as matched transactions would also be useful.

  20. Contacts report that shows contact details (name address etc) and Activity in last Financial Year.
    This would assist in cleanups of multiple contacts / old contacts etc.
