It would extremely useful to have a bank feed from Xero to CAF Bank. I currently use the QFX feed which is ok but an automated feed would be much better.

As a volunteer treasurer it would be a lot quicker for me to catch on the books and free up time. Please get a bank feed for CAF setup.

Well, we love using Xero, it would be even more perfect to have a direct feed from CAF bank. It would also make our bookkeeper very happy, and he was the reason we went from Sage to Xero.

The bank feeds from Xero work so well, and now I understand it's possible for CAF to be given a feed, please Xero make it happen! Charities are under so much pressure, many of them bank with CAF because other banks don't understand charities or are actively trying to de-bank charities and it would really help. As other commentors have said, it would make my year if you were able to do this in 2026!

Hi, I have been waiting for this to happen. I just assumed it wasn't possible, but if it is just a case of Xero needing to enable, please enable this. It is a waste of our valuable time uploading statements, where as a charity we would be best using our time to deliver our services. Please Xero do your duty to the charity sector and enable bank feeds for CAF Bank

It would streamline the process and eliminate the need to manually import statements, a practice that is now outdated.

Hi. This is a real no-brainer, as Xero connects to every other bank we use, and it makes life in Xero just SO much easier. And error-free. It would really make my 2026 if this could happen.

The Open Banking connection would make a big difference to my organisation's accounts payable and payroll processes. we could see productivity improvements of 40-50%.

This is a high priority for us. Saving time and mistakes. Really hoping we can have CAF feeds embedded in Xero asap!

I Reiterate al the comments today. It would really be helpful to have bank feeds with CAF. So my workflow can run more efficiently. CAF changed / upgraded there account so it it would able to connect with accounting software. Apparently I have heard they have have done this with QBO.

Not having an automatic bank feed for CAF bank customers is leaving a huge number of Xero/CAF customers at a disadvantage to other users. The QFX file download provided by CAF is not a sufficient work around as any POS transactions do not provide enough detail in the reconciliation table to match transactions without having to cross reference to a PDF download of the bank statement which is a real headache, resulting in bank rec. taking longer than it should. Please Xero, make this a priority - we are all waiting!

Every other bank manages to connect with Xero, why can't CAFBank. It doesn't matter to us if the problem is at the Xero or at the CAFBank end, it just needs to get sorted asap!

This link is absolutely critical for our small charity. Our principal bankers are CAF Bank and as our charity grows, the extra admin burden of not being able to import bank transactions automatically into Xero is unsustainable for us. We have been using Xero for one or our groups that banks with Barclays for some time now and we love it! But as we move to consolidate all of our banking with CAF, we may be forced to abandon Xero if you are unable to link it to CAF Bank.

We are a small almshouse charity with two CAF accounts and have many transactions from people paying rent. It would save a lot of time to be able to use an automatic feed with Xero.

This would really help - CAF is our main current account, and having to export QFX files periodically, checking how far down the transaction list we've got, is a real time waster and introduces potential for error. We also have a Lloyds account which has a direct feed into Xero which works in near real time and is SO much more efficient. We'd be really grateful if you could prioritise this enhancement. Thanks.

We have a number of charities who are holding off moving to Xero because it does not link with CAF.

Could be really useful to link Xero and CAF Bank.
