Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on being able to import PDF bank statements directly into Xero in the UK.
We can see how this would make it easier to get bank data into Xero without needing third-party conversion tools.

Not all clients use bank feeds or are able to connect their bank accounts to Xero. Many still provide PDF bank statements, which have to be converted to CSV using third-party software before they can be imported.
Add a built-in tool that allows users to upload a PDF bank statement and automatically convert it into a Xero-compatible CSV file for import. Users should be able to review the extracted transactions before importing them.
Eliminates the need for third-party conversion software.
Saves time for accountants and bookkeepers.
Makes it easier to process clients who don't use bank feeds.
Reduces manual data entry and import errors.
Creates a smoother workflow for accounting practices managing multiple clients.
