toggle decimal unit price rounding to allow more than 2 decimal places
Allow more than 2 decimal places for unit prices in bills, allow user to toggle from rounding to 2 decimal places or allow exact unit price. This will allow tracking fuel quantity accurately and allow primary producers to report petrol and diesel quantities to claim fuel levies.
