Allow assigning default MFA option to streamline login
The updated login flow has been implemented in a way that makes logging in slower for manual and automated (password manager) flows.
This is because after submitting the password, the user must select the MFA method every single time, even though 99% of the time they'll be using their default method.
The default MFA option should be triggered, with a link/button to allow the user to select an alternate one. Basically how Google does it.
