With the new clients experience within Xero Partner Hub you'll soon have new client fields including the ability to enter multiple email and phone numbers so you'll have a place to record client mobile along with other contact numbers. Xero Partner hub will be rolling out to partners in early 2026. You can register your interest for early access on our website now. We'll return to update when this is rolled out.  Niki Cotter

We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients. Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub. Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now. However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this. 238 votesHi team, I wanted to share that the recent updates for the Reconcile page have now been released to all users. This includes a search bar at the top of the page and includes filters for date range and amount. This provides the ability to look up criteria of your statement lines and narrow down your search. You'll also find you can now view more statement lines per page, with up to 50 at a time - You'll find more on this and other updates shared on our blog. We appreciate the ask on this idea is a search across all statement lines, across all bank accounts. I want to confirm this is not something we have plans for developing at this stage, and I'll move this idea back to 'submitted' so we can continue to track and update you if there is any progress of this, here. 392 votesHi everyone, we appreciate the support and feedback this idea has continued to receive, and the appetite for being able to add multiple addresses to a Clients record. As you may have seen or read from our recent Xerocon announcement we have some exciting changes coming for our partners with Xero Partner Hub. One of the big changes with this is unifying Client experiences and bringing them into one place - Meaning with Xero Partner Hub you'll have the ability to add multiple addresses for a client 😊 We understand there's a secondary request within this idea to be able to tag an email for specific purposes and we want to be upfront that his won't be possible with the initial launch but our product team are aware and considering how we might develop Xero Partner Hub for this use overtime - We have created a separate idea that we'd…  Niki Cotter

We know rental income and expenses are a key part of tax for many businesses, and it would be super helpful to have a rental property schedule within the Company Tax Return (CTR) in Xero Tax. At the moment, there aren’t any rental worksheets for companies in Xero Tax, because the ATO doesn’t accept rental schedules on a CTR through PLS. That means this part of the return needs to be managed outside the system — which we understand isn’t ideal. That said, we can see this idea is already getting some traction, and it's now in the Gaining Support stage. If this would improve your workflow, feel free to vote or add a comment. It would be great to hear more detailed feedback from our partners on the particular purposes you'd want to set up emails for and how this would help you through Xero's practice tools. Thanks! 80 votesHi Samantha, thanks for sharing this excellent suggestion for improving data integrity in Xero Tax. Preventing duplicate client records is incredibly important for practice management. We've reviewed your idea to have the duplicate TFN warning also check against archived clients when creating a new record. Your suggestion is now ready to gain support and feedback from other members of the community.
