Hi community, first off thank you for the continued interest and feedback surrounding this idea. We’re continuing to build on the bank reconciliation experience in Xero and recognise the ways this feature will help improve the efficiency, flexibility and transparency of transactions in your business. Our team have done a lot of exploration into being able to surface and match Credit Notes when reconciling your bank account in Xero, and this is now in development.
We’ll shift the idea here into ‘Working on it’ and continue to update as there’s more detail of this to share.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rosemary Hancock commentedWhatever recent change was made (March 2023) has caused account transaction reports to keep changing back to 100 items per page upon refresh or opening up the report again. It's time consuming and frustrating to be constantly having to reset the reports to make them usable again.

Sorry for the status confusion here, Simone. Atm, our team has no plan in building the ability to roll forwards the balance sheet items in Workpapers for now. Rest assured that we’ll still gauge the interest in the community here, so keep voting and let us know how this feature can ease your workflow.

Appreciate your feedback on the idea here. As a grounds to start from we thought it would help to confirm;
- There is a two way sync of your clients between Practice Manager and your practice Xero organisation Contacts
- The sync between XPM and your practice Xero organisation contacts is different - we’ve explained this more below
Differences between Xero Practice Manager(XPM) and your practice Xero organisation sync
- Client will sync with your organisation’s Contacts depending on your Xero connection setup - more on Xero Central
- This is controlled by users with the Administrator role and can be set to ‘Never’, ‘Only when uploading invoices’ or ‘Every time client or supplier details are updated’

This would be an extremely useful function. Currently having to review report codes before running every year end report takes unnecessary time. Being able to add this when adding an account is a much more logical process. Being able to access and edit from the reports would be another time saving improvement
