    Hi there, we appreciate you raised this a little while ago. This isn't something we have plans for in the near term.

    Not getting a lot of support from other members we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

    Hi everyone, our product teams are continuously reviewing and reprioritising their roadmaps for future work and although we don’t have any plans to change the credit application process this year, this is something we will investigate more closely in 2026.

    As we begin to explore work for enabling credit notes in the bill payments flow, we’ll reach out for input to help us shape the design and approach so we cater for the widest possible requirements. Thank you all, and we’ll be back to share when exploration starts.

    New invoicing is awful Im not using it . I have also asked for a fuel levy to be added at the bottom of the invoice , Im wasting my breath.

    Hi Erin,

    I raised this last June & againa few weeks ago.

    I have heard bake from a Xero consultant but it is not on there important list.

    I've been waiting a year a no one has bothered to reply. No piont paying for a Xero Team if they are not going to take note. Deffinetly no service here.

    This was brought up 4 years ago & yet nothing has been done about it . Now with fuel going through the roof it is rather urgent!
