    Hi everyone, we appreciate all your feedback on how we could evolve roles for customers using Xero. As you can see through the ideas on the platform, there are a wide range of combinations of permissions our customers want to see us build. As user roles impact all areas of the product, there are many considerations we must factor in when assessing how to solve for majority of our customers needs.
    We’re beginning to conduct research on the current landscape and how we might approach some of the most predominant needs in roles for our customers. Front footing this, the discovery of this work will be long winded and there will be multiple phases of research and forms of engagement with users that’ll help shape the path ahead in this space.

    Hi community, I know it's been sometime since our last update and while we still don't have any plans for building a complete email system within Xero we wanted to share news of a new integration very much centered around needs expressed by some customers, here.

    Xero have partnered with Constant Contact to provide our customers a free integration to help small businesses streamline accounting and marketing by keeping customer data connected and automating routine tasks.

    With Xero + Constant Contact you'll be able to segment and engage your customers using financial and transactional insights, making it easy to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that drive results. You can also improve cash flow by sending automated invoice reminders and payment follow-ups through Constant Contact’s email campaigns, helping you reduce late payments.     We recently had a client who had a security breach and it would have been a quick and easy way to contact their customers to make them aware that bank details had not been changed.

    Hi everyone, thank you for all your valuable insights of how we could improve Xero inventory to suit your business.

    Atm, we don't have direct plans for providing capability to track assembly inventory within Xero, however our product team are doing some early testing of concepts for being able to bundle inventory in Xero.

    Quite related to your interests here, we wanted to provide you the opportunity to be a part of this,
