Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

Hi, we are an Engineering company that manufacture sporting goods and a "Special instructions" field would be very useful to us.
Reason for that being each product has certain specifications to the type of material we need to order to manufacture it.
Some products needs to get cut at a Lazer cutter, then it gets send to us, our engineers do some work on it and then it gets send out for anodizing. It then comes back to us and are ready for sale.
I know the History and notes field are there, but when our instructions and/or suppliers change, you cannot edit/delete that note that isn't relevant anymore.

Hi team, pleased to share another update as progress moves along in this space.
We'd now doing some early testing of the teams concepts for being able to bundle inventory in Xero.

Very important, we currently cant use the "track inventory item" due to this feature being missing. Most of the products and services are assemblies but are sold as separate items, so having this feature is vital to us.

Hi, we have a discount code applied to some of our Account holder customers. We do have some codes for example outwork or freight where we don't want the discount to be applied to. Is there some way we can set those codes up to not pull through the 20% discount?

Would be nice to see the date the project was created on and not only the project deadline date.
This way we have accurate record of how long the project is in our system and when the customer placed the ordered.
