Hi team, thanks for staying engaged with us here. From your feedback our product teams clearly understand there are legitimate use cases and scenarios in which you’d like to be able to simply unapprove a bill.
While seemingly simple there is a bit of underlying work that needs to be done within Bills to enable us to build this functionality - As you’ll have experienced within the Bills list view - we’re in the process of uplifting the pages in Bills with updated technology that’ll unlock our ability to develop features like unapprove.
So, while it’s not in our roadmap atm, we’re tuned in here and will continue to assess how we may solve this as we plan our future roadmap. I’ll make sure to share any progress with everyone here.

I'll repeat this comment in a bunch of places, but I complained to a friend of mine that I was considering learning how to code in order to figure out where the CSS was Bad, and he found me a Chrome extension that's helped me fix a bunch of the table formatting issues and then save the settings so I can apply them to a bunch of pages. Stylebot will only work until Xero changes the formatting again and breaks the custom style sheets, and then I'll have to update them all, but at least I can scan the list of bills without scrolling or turning my head now.

My 'favourite' thing to add to this is that all the bill views can be set to Compact View... except the list of Repeating Bills.

Hi team, appreciate the thoughtful feedback in your idea here and while not a complete solve for what's being asked I did want to highlight for this specific scenario you may find favouriting reports useful. This will make that report easily navigable from the Reporting menu in our new navigation 🙂
Also, just another tool that might help to find items that have recently been edited - the History & Notes could be used and filtered to quickly see what transactions have been edited.
While we don't have immediate plans for enabling these sort of breadcrumbs our teams are continuously thinking about the logic and flows as they keep developing Xero features.

Not getting a lot of support from other members we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

I'd like to be able to specify which font Xero uses without having to change the font for the entirety of everything I do in a browser. My husband is dyslexic, and reads more easily with dyslexic-friendly fonts; I am not and do not.

I regularly have every single transaction for a particular supplier flagged as 'Higher than average'. It's not significantly higher than average for that supplier, they just happen to be the major supplier for that category of thing. Like, of course the office cleaning company that comes in every week costs more than the occasional purchase of cleaning supplies from the supermarket!

Hi everyone, we appreciate wanting the ability to assign files to the project itself. While this isn't something we have planned right now we'll keep tracking the interest through the idea here.
To highlight, though not currently available on the Project directly, it's possible to attach files to the individual transactions within a project e.g a Bill, Invoice, Spend money or Expense. i
Along with this, you may also find it useful to create folders within your Files library where you can collect all files related to a specific project for ease of reference.
Understand this isn't the ideal solution, but may help some for now 🙂

I've got a cropped screenshot of two of the bills list views; I used two windows and shifted the one on top until they were superimposed and the differences more visible and easier to screenshot. Same browser, same font size, same client.
On the left is the five most recent bills (including two prepayments) as displayed on All Bills. On the right is four of the same five bills, but on the Awaiting Payment page, where those four take up the same space as the five on All Bills (the fifth fell off the bottom of my cropped screenshot).
Something is messed up in the formatting around the tickyboxes, and that's driving some of the excessive vertical white space.
