Hi everyone, we've added you to this idea that we split away from the original one you voted for (AU & UK Payroll - Show leave balances on payslip in days and hours) as we have an exciting update applicable to NZ Payroll only.
Our product team has started some work around enabling Xero customers the ability to show Annual Leave in Weeks and FBAPS in Days👩💻. While in early stages at present we'll keep you updated on progress for this here!

An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Robertson commentedI would like this feature too. Salaries are processed mid month as standard pay and commission in an unscheduled at month end. When leave pulls through to the month end pay I have to enter negative salary hours which confuses staff.

An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Robertson commentedThere's no need to delete the entire payroll. Just untick the people that need leave adding/approving. Make the leave adjustments then tick them back into the payroll.

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate all the interest and detail of where and why you'd like to attach files to employees in payroll.
As many will be aware, the team have been making a lot of changes across Payroll to accompany local regulation & compliance such as STP phase2.
With much of this work still on-going, we want to be open that there are no plans at present for this development. It is top of mind for the team, and will be reconsidered when resource becomes more available however we wanted to share and set expectation for the near term with you all, here.

I'd assumed, incorrectly, that it would work exactly the same way leave is approved. Back to manual timesheets it is then.
