Hi everyone, thanks for your continued feedback and we appreciate you sharing your sentiment here. We’re continuing to evolve the Homepage experience to better meet more of our customers’ needs, and your input is a big part of shaping those improvements.
One of the strongest themes in the feedback has been widget sizing. We’ve now released resize options for the Tasks, Invoices owed to you, Bills to pay, and Net profit and loss widgets, in addition to the Chart of accounts watchlist and Cash in and out widgets.
For the small size Invoices owed to you and Bills to pay widgets, once you’ve saved your Homepage, you’ll also see an option to toggle the chart on or off if you’d prefer to focus just on the figures.
There’s more updates in the works, and I’ll keep sharing further updates with you here.

As the others have commented, it's awful! Seems more cluttered and clunky than the old one, and agree the font is awful. I hate the size of the invoices and bills widget but can't do anything about it. At least in the old screen these two widgets are similar size to the others. You have changed the home screen which I think none of us asked for but have the changed the fact that we can only pay 200 invoices at a time?? Something that I raised 4 years ago, along with countless others!

Thanks for sharing this, where you'd like an option to hide notifications like this one from the menu banner, and free up some space on the screen.
We've reviewed this. and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. You might like to share this idea with any colleagues that this could benefit, so they can add their votes and comments about how they'd like this too!

Hi community, we'd like to share an update as we've released new size options for a few more widgets. In addition to the Chart of accounts watchlist and Cash in and out you now have the option to Resize the following widgets;
- Tasks
- Net profit or loss
- Bills to pay
- Invoices owed to you
Along with this release, once the Homepage is saved and when the Small option is selected for either Bills to pay, or Invoices owed to you widgets, there'll be the option to toggle the chart on or off from the Homepage.
We'll be extending Resize out to more widgets soon, so I'll continue to keep you updated here.

Hey Louis - thanks for sharing your suggestion!
Understand that it's not quite what you're after, but it's worth a mention: The 'Inventory Item Summary' report will show all inventory items in your organisation, including those without any movement in the selected period.
I've attached a screenshot as an example, so you can check if it suits your reporting needs - we'll leave this idea up in the meantime 😊

Thanks for your contributions and voting on this idea, community. While we're seriously taking on board your feedback for how and why being able to hold selections across pages would be helpful when processing batch payments, we want to be open that this isn't a focus area for product at this time.
We'll continually reassess ideas where there's opportunity, so please keep adding your votes and interest, here. If there's any development planned we'll be certain to share this with you all.

Was told yesterday it's not changing and it's because of bank files. Over 200 then errors can occur.

Agreed! every month I am having to do multiple batches because of the 200 limit. Plus if bank charges you per transaction, then you are being charged twice because Xero can't do it in a single transaction.
Is it my imagination or in that long list you failed to list bank accounts? Even at the smallest now the amounts are very prominent on the home screen.
