Hi Rory, while it's not possible to set up a default email template for a contact at present you can set a default currency & branding theme.
This might go some way toward helping you communicate with contacts in different locations. 🙂 - See our help article here

Hi everyone, thanks for your valuable feedback and engagement with this idea. We're aware of the importance of real-time error notifications for an efficient workflow.
While we can' make any commitments at this stage this is something our product teams have lined up for exploration a little later this year and we'll be sure to keep you looped in on any progress here.

Hi team, we get how searching across bank accounts would be useful when looking for a specific transaction.
While our product team have reviewed this idea, we don't have any plans for developing this capability in the short term.
That doesn’t mean it’s off the table, and we'll continue to assess the interest from community in this as we keep planning our roadmaps.
If things change we'll gladly share with you all here.
In the meantime, you can use the search in Xero and filter by bank transactions. It’s not a perfect solution, but it can help in some situations.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the input that you’ve all contributed to this idea, and understand the extra work coding a bank transaction to the wrong account can create.
To be upfront, this idea is currently Not in the pipeline. While we see the value this feature can bring, it's not something the product team is actively working on or planning in the near future.
In the meantime, the current workflow using the Remove & Redo feature allows you to delete the transaction from the incorrect bank account and re-enter it in the correct one.
We know this isn’t ideal, but it’s the most reliable option for now.
We’ll continue to monitor votes on this idea. Your support helps us better understand where improvements are most needed.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on having timesheet reporting in UK payroll.
Our product team are actively working on improving UK reporting in general, but timesheet reports aren’t currently on the roadmap.
We'll update this to Not in Pipeline, however we'll update you here if anything changes in this space.

Expanding on that, would like to be able to choose reporting to pay period - not just Monday to Friday as is the default. For example, if the pay period runs from Wednesday to Tuesday, then I want to be able to review/filter the report for that timing - thanks

I agree - being able to link an email setting to an invoicing branding theme would be great. I have clients with two businesses operating under the one ABN and to be able to issue invoices from one branding theme with an email template that was specific to that businesses name would be great.
