Hi everyone, thank you for sharing how we could improve Xero Practice Manager for your use. We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients.
Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub.
Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space.
We appreciate your passion and your partnership in helping us build the best possible practice management solution, and will share if there are any updates.

We thank you all for sharing in the idea here, and understand there are many permissions that our Xero customers would like to provide on a more incremental basis. As you'll all know access to bank accounts is available to users with Adviser, Standard or limited access to those with Read Only roles - You can see more of the breakdown in our article here
With much of the teams resource drawn to work on the platform that'll continue to help us with the 'building on beautiful' experience for our customers we want to be upfront that there are no direct plans for altering the user permissions in this space just yet.
User roles and individual permissions within a bank account will be in the limelight once much of the platform upgrades are complete, but this is some way off atm. We'll return to share when there's any…

I am also frustrated at the inability to define users to my organisation's needs. This absolutely needs to change ASAP. I am having to reconcile and post transactions myself purely because it's impossible to hide one bank account from a potential user. Ridiculous

This feature would be really useful and its important for our organisation. At the moment I have to follow up with a lot of phone calls or specific emails
