Hi community, we appreciate your on-going support in this idea.
We wanted to confirm that sending invoices via SMS is now available in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US.
Sending invoice reminders via SMS isn't in our current roadmap, however we appreciate wanting consistency in sending methods and we're continuing to keep this in mind as we develop our invoice flows in Xero.
We'll move this idea to Accepted for the time being and be sure to share if there's any developments surrounding this to share with you all here.

Hi everyone, thank you to all those that contributed to our teams discovery in this space.
We also really appreciate all that's been shared about why having a record of communications sent to your customers is important for your follow-up and record-keeping.
Coming off the back of our teams research we're in the process of releasing payment follow-ups, a new feature that helps merchants manage chasing overdue invoices.
We want to be upfront here that we don’t currently foresee adding an option to send yourself a copy when sending invoice reminders specifically.
That said, with more investment into the new payment follow-ups feature our team will consider how to give merchants visibility of the follow-ups sent through Payment follow-ups as a future improvement and your feedback here is valuable to this.
We appreciate everyone who's shared their experiences and helped us understand what visibility is needed when collecting payments.

Heya team, thanks to everyone who shared feedback through the form in our last update. Your contributions have helped us make great headway, and this idea is now moving into development.
We're inviting a limited group of users to test our new Statement list and PDF views. These are important stepping stones towards scheduled statements, and testers will automatically receive early access to scheduling when it becomes available. Register your interest through this form as soon as possible.
If you don't make it into this testing group, don't worry. We'll continue sharing updates here as the work progresses.
This early release gives you greater control over your statements, from customising which columns you see to editing contacts inline and previewing exactly what each customer will receive before you send. Your statements will also now match your invoice branding for a more consistent experience.

Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

With the price increases every year, this only makes sense that Xero could add this additional feature to invoice reminder, free of charge, so that Xero users could get paid quicker.
Many e-sign platforms have this feature (free of charge) already. What are you waiting for Xero developers?
