Thanks for sharing this idea – it's a really practical suggestion.
We get how easy it is to miss checking bank details, especially for suppliers you haven’t paid in a while. A quick alert or reminder after 3–6 months of no activity could be a great way to help catch changes (like new ownership or account updates) before a payment goes through.

Thanks to everyone following this idea. We understand how being able to import and export pay items would positively impact your review processes.
Though this isn’t currently in the roadmap, we see the value this’d bring in regards to pay award updates. We’ve updated the idea status to accepted and we’ll share any future developments, here. Your input in idea’s is always appreciated.

A report on pay items and amounts would be really helpful, particularly when updating rates for award increases.

Yes - export, update and import would make updating pay items for new award rates so much easier.
Plus a report that will list all pay items with amounts would be a step in the right direction.

Hi everyone, we've released a new send modal for new invoicing in Xero. As part of this update you now have a rich text editor that allows for small formatting changes such as bold, italics, underlining and the ability to insert emojis.
You'll also find other improvements like the ability to cc and bcc emails, and have more visibility of your emails and the PDF of the invoice with a preview on the left of the screen.
While this is limited to new invoicing at present, we will look into surfacing this to other areas of the product over time. We'll let you know of any further change for this, here.

I would like the ability to select the attachment to a billable expense to the invoice. At the moment it can create a line item for each billable expense, but it doesn't bring the attachment over. So it means downloading the attachment from the billable expense and uploading to the invoice. Could we just have an option to add the attachment to the invoice as well.
This would be very handy and streamlined, as many clients require back up of the billable expense.
