Thanks team, we really appreciate you describing your needs in allowing staff to raise and manage purchase orders without opening up supplier bills and broader financial information.
Right now, we’re developing a dedicated Purchase Orders Only role, that'll give you more granular controls for purchase orders - You'll be able to give your users access while keeping access to your bills separate.
Your feedback here has ben valued in helping us evolve our permissions in the product.

Hi community, we appreciate your continued support on this idea. Your feedback has been valuable in understanding how additional data in the Account Transactions report would be useful for you.
I'm pleased to share that our reporting team is exploring new ways to customise reports (e.g. add missing fields, pivot tables). We'd like to invite customers who regularly shape reports and use tracking categories to join an early study:

Hi everyone, thanks for your continued engagement with this idea. We know this has been a topic of conversation for a while, and we want you to know we've been listening about the challenges of claiming VAT on mileage in Xero Expenses.
We appreciate everyone who's shared their workarounds, like splitting the mileage claim into two separate lines. While we know this isn't an ideal solution, it's great to see how you're helping each other out here.
Your input is invaluable as we continue to evaluate the best way to address this. While we can't provide a specific timeline for a fix, please know that monitoring this is a priority for us. We'll be sure to keep you updated on any progress.

Really appreciate those who’ve taken the time to share how this’d help in your day-to-day. We know being able to filter a Profit & Loss report by project would make it easier to understand how your jobs are performing.
Right now, the best workaround is to export your data and make adjustments for this in Excel, but we get that it adds extra steps.
There’s also the Profitability dashboard feature in Xero Projects, which gives a quick view of how each job is tracking, and may be helpful.
We’ll keep an active eye on the interest this idea continues to build through votes, but do want to be transparent that this is not in our roadmap for the foreseeable future. Thanks again for your input through Xero product ideas.

This is really important for us to have a clear segregation of duties within our accounts process. Please implement access rights where raising PO's and posting invoices are independent access options.
