Hey Everyone! Thanks for the feedback on the New Workpapers experience. Xero Ask is available on the Classic Workpapers but as yet not available in the new Workpapers experience. We've reviewed your idea and moved it to Gaining Support and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. Hiya team, we have recently released the ability to roll forward journals in new Workpapers.
You'll find this option in the header of the manual journal tab.
It's worth noting as you'll see from the note in my image - While you can set a manual journal to roll forward, this will not roll forward debit and credit values as often these will change year to year.
For the time being, we'll leave this idea open so we can continue to track interest in being able to automatically roll forward manual journals with values. To get more insight of the use case we'd love to hear more detail of situations our customers have where you'd want to roll forward journals with the same values? Thanks!

Hey everyone as you can see we have split the original Idea up into seperate ideas including:
(New Workpapers - Payroll tax feature)
(New Workpapers - Dividends. 7A Loans feature)
And I have also added your votes to the following similar established Ideas:
(Workpapers - Ability to change the terms in the Borrowing Costs/Amortisation)
(Workpaper | Fringe Benefits - Motor Vehicle private use)
This is so we can monitor interest for each of the features. The Product team will be reviewing these ideas and we will post any updates on these here. Again thanks for your feedback.

We link to workpapers in Sharepoint but as we are using the new workpapers we have noticed that some URL links work fine while others show a "404 Not Found" error despite it being correct.
