Hi team, we appreciate the interest here especially with upcoming Payday Super. I'd like to share that notifications and prompts are being developed with some of the changes we're working on, and achieve what's being asked here.
I'll round back when this is live and confirm what these look like to help in your processing of Superannuation here.

If the payment is occurring at a different time to the transaction being entered is there a reason why the transaction is not being recorded as a bill, Anne-Marie?
There are lots of efficiencies in how bills can now be created in Xero without much manual intervention so would be good to understand more of the detail behind your business needs, here.

Being able to create remittance for Spend Money transactions will help manage stakeholder expectations as we pay down loan balances that don't have bills attached to the loan.
