Customer Statements - Add a Pay Now link

Ability to add a Pay Now link to statements so customers can pay all outstanding bills via the statement they receive.

Purpose: To make it easier for customers to view and pay their outstanding bills and make a bulk payment for all at once.

Hi everyone, we wanted to return and give a little more information with the update of this idea's status.

Our product team are currently looking into the development of adding the Pay now button to Customer statements which would enable your customers to pay for multiple invoices at once.

Though it's early days at present we'll keep you updated of their progress, here.

    This is a crucial feature to our business. We are a wholesaler and sometimes we have to send 20 to 30 different invoices all at once.

    I would like to add my support to this idea. Often we have customers with multiple invoices outstanding and it would be more practical for them to be able to pay directly from a Statement rather than each individual invoice.
    Anything to help us get paid faster can only be good!

    Even though we have a premium subscription, why can't we set up the 'pay now' option in Xero Blue when sending statements, unlike when sending out invoices?

    This has been outstanding for the 3 years we have owned our business. There is no way to easily pass on credit card surcharges unless we get the customer to call the warehouse and do a MOTO payment or they pay each invoice (really this is not acceptable). It is not possible to get the surcharge on a Stripe payment link. Please..can you enable this the same way as for invoices and prioritise being able to make statement payments through Stripe or other payment gateways?

    This Would be a huge plus. For the clients that have past dues invoices, they get annoyed having to click on each one and make separate payments.

    This is driving me bonkers. It is such a simple request and such an important one. Please forget the votes, Xero, this is a basic requirement of business in 2023. Add the feature please!

    Could it be?? "Invoice # 1234" in the PDF is now a link to that invoice. An account is required to view all invoices.
