Sales staff cannot view cost and sales price at a glance when quoting to enable the sales team price products (if not a set price) It doesn't make sense in practice but does to a software builder i suppose??
To enable employees to see products and services they also can view bank balances which can then be openly discussed with the entire workforce which is far form ideal
products and services could be added to invoice/ bills only view to prevent the bank accounting viewed sales team don't need to bank balances in all cases.
and/or add the option under business to remove bank access under standard user as some sales will need to view reports

This feature is essential for our sales team

There should be the ability to select inventory access for users that have invoice only access.

For example, my office manager handles all the invoicing as well as all of the stock and inventory management. Currently he cannot access inventory to add new items or change pricing without the ability of seeing all of the bank accounts. Second tier management should be able to access invoicing and stock control without seeing critical financials. I suggest that a tab be added to the settings for users to allow inventory to be accessed at the invoice only level user.
Alternatively, make bank record access, bank reconciliation and bank accounts a selectable feature in all levels of settings so they can be excluded whilst giving permission to specific other features for users. I would love to see this happen because I have an office manager who runs my business for me but as a managing director, I have to enter all the stock items myself to ensure that he does not have access to the bank account information.

This is not an incredibly valuable use of my time.

This is a really important feature for my business to limit user access to balances etc when adjusting products and services.

this would be great for my business, as i would like a member in staff to access all inventory & items without seeing the balances etc.

I need this done ASAP

We operate with our customers supplying us with their PO's..
We complete the work, then once completed, I forward that PO on to my admin staff who then generate the invoice & send..
But their PO's can change - as all things do,
and for my staff to have to have access to account balances etc, just to be able to add or edit a product & service item is almost unacceptable.
WHY????
