Email Settings - Specify date/time to send transactions
Ability to specify date/time when users’ want to send emails from Xero.
Purpose: So clients/customers can receive the email during the working hours and not at random time.

Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.
Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.
The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

Hi Xero team, can your team please provide a response for the queries on this feature? Is this planned to come into place as a tool for users of Xero? Would appreciate an update from the Xero team on this please as I have, and many others have posted their ideas for why this is needed for each of their businesses. Regards Cathy

Very useful feature to have. Sometimes you find yourself light with work and that is the perfect time to schedule invoices... but I realised that the feature does not exist! Hence my vote.

MYOB has had this basic feature for eons. Many businesses require invoices to be submitted to clients at a certain date to meet contractual obligations.

I would love this. I always raise my bills at odd times, but never want to send them at the time. And then forget to send them.
I use the "schedule send" feature on my inbox ALL the time and would love this. -

I have two invoices that need to be sent on Monday just this month, not on a repeating basis. I have raised and approved the invoice so just need to schedule the send and I can't - surely this would be a beneficial feature to add?

I agree - We would like to be able to choose what day & time reminders are sent each week to ensure that processing is up to date (currently we process all transactions once per week on a Monday).

It would be good if we could select a time that Xero sends out automated invoice reminders. Currently in the UK this is between 4am and 8am. Our clients are private individuals that don't appreciate being woken by an email at this time!
