Email Settings - Specify date/time to send transactions
Ability to specify date/time when users’ want to send emails from Xero.
Purpose: So clients/customers can receive the email during the working hours and not at random time.

Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.
Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.
The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

Come on Xero, this is basic, we all work evenings / weekends to do invoicing, but we don’t want invoices going out at 11pm on a Sunday! Basic

The ability to schedule one off invoices would absolutely be a game changer to increase the efficiency of our team. Currently we have to make a note to go back and send the invoice on the date we would like to - not very efficient for our work flow and there is room for error in this method.

Some clients check their e-mail at night some dont.
When I create an invoice late at night I want to send it so I dont forget, but I may not want my clients to know I am working and sending e-mails late at night.
So Delay send unill 8 AM would be a critical feature. -

To be able to schedule a one off invoice to go at a certain date in the future that is not a repeating invoice.

This feature should be standard.
I would like to see this implemented asap so that I can raise invoices that will be sent to my clients on the date as stipulated in our service agreement/s.
We use the repeat-invoicing feature for static billing, but for dynamic services, require this feature so that I am not sat building invoices on a weekend when the dates fall that way. -

Please add this! It's pretty standard to be able to schedule things like emails to go out in other platforms. This should be pretty straightforward, and super helpful for those of us that have invoices to send out on a monthly basis that don't have the same charges every month.
And just to be clear, the use case for me is NOT that that I look unprofessional. It's that I know in advance of a month finishing how much I need to charge a client, but it's not the same as the last month. It's hard for me to predict exactly when I will know the charges for the month - sometimes it's at the beginning of the month, sometimes the middle. To get it off my plate, I create the invoice the minute I know, but given my contract says I will send invoices at the end of each month, I need to send it according to that timeline. So I'd like to be able to create and approve the invoice in the middle of the month, and then schedule it to be sent according to the contract terms.

Ability to schedule invoices to be sent at a future date
Purpose: Users can set up a preference date to send their invoice, and to make sure that invoices aren’t sent during the weekend. As it makes them look unprofessional.
