Projects report - Show task and expenses against the account code
Ability to pull an accounting or project report that will show task and expense against the transaction code/s. Provides a clear view of project bills as well as invoices linked to the projects. the full ins and outs.

Agree! When I'm looking at a project financials report, I'm searching for the answer to 1 question. Did this project hit its target profit margin, and if not, what cost centers (gear, labor, etc) went over the estimated cost of goods sold. Projects seems incapable of spitting out a report that gives me this information quickly and easily.

This is critical for proper project reporting.
We manage a construction business and the existing Project Financials report lumps all labour, materials, sub-contract costs, travel costs etc under 'Expenses' which is completely inadequate -

Projects - ability to filter and view project expenses by GL code in the project financials report. Seems like a fundamental function in order to reconcile quoting against project actuals?
