This is very important coding that most of our clients need it for analysis and show it to customers in their invoice.

It would be very beneficial for us to have the tracking categories included on the printed/PDF client invoice instead of just seeing it internally please

My client requires this information to ensure the correct cost coding to their projects when they receive the invoices from their suppliers. It would be great to be able to print the tracking categories on the Purchase Order in particular. The suppliers can then include this information in their invoices/delivery dockets. This will speed up the reconciliation in Xero.

I can view my tracking categories on the classic invoice screen but not on the new invoice screen. Is there a reason for this? Am I missing something?

We would like to use Tracking categories for areas we deliver to.
It would be nice to have the tracking categories to print on the PDF Invoice together with the sales person to streamline our business.

We heavily use categories for reporting in a not-for-profit with over 20 categories (subcommittees). My invoice templates can have the account to cost to, but to add the categories I have to find and recode EVERY invoice created by our templates after payment to allocate the income to the correct category. Pretty cumbersome when an additional choice in the invoice template would solve this manual re-work/workaround.

Some clients use tracking options for additional reporting facilities as well as using certain tracking categories to appear on their invoices, such Sales Reps or Technicians who have been allocated to a specific job. It would be useful to have those tracking categories [FIELDS] available for use in invoice templates DESIGNS.

this is important especially for those company would like to keep track by the project or salesperson

This needs to happen now. When it comes to added additional information to invoices MYOB are leages ahead. Thank you
