Companies are becoming more international. The online office model is not limited to the workplace, and salaries will be paid in different currencies. This is probably going to be a trend.

I would like to request the addition of multi-currency support within Xero’s Global Pay Run feature. Currently, it seems that Global Pay Run only supports transactions in the base currency, which limits the ability to manage payroll for employees paid in different currencies effectively.
As a business that handles payroll across multiple currencies (e.g., AUD, USD, LKR), the ability to process pay runs in various currencies directly within Xero would significantly streamline our payroll management and reduce manual adjustments.
Implementing this feature would benefit many organizations with international operations or diverse employee bases. It would enhance the functionality of Xero for global payroll management and improve the overall user experience.
