  2. Would like to add add decimals (up to 4) in the bank rule feature for the tax rates (otherwise I need to manually change all the amount of my reconciliations which is time consuming).

    For instance at the moment we can input 102.15% but not 102.1451% which is what I would like to have.

  4. Supplier and customer ledger - to be able to pull a supplier/ customer ledger, instead of pulling reports per contact. This would be ideal if it can be pulled for a certain period, to see all suppliers'/ customers' opening balances, movements and closing balances per supplier/ customer, all on one document.

  5. As a small business it is hard when employees take time off when sick especially with 10 days now. We have an incentive in our contract to either roll these over or cash them up however this is not available through Xero.

  7. There are a lot of businesses in The Philippines that would benefit from bank feeds. Even if you cover BPI, BDO and Union Bank I’m sure they would fund the development costs.

    This combined with BIR accreditation would see XERO as the leading accounting product in a country of over 110 million people.

    Are there specific banks you're connected to and would like to see a feed developed for? It'd be good to get this detail that we can share with our product teams.

    Also to help community members understand exactly what they're supporting, as well as share these back internally with our teams it's best to keep one idea per thread - I've updated the idea here for Bank Feeds for Philippines and we can make this even clearer if you confirm which banks.

    For reporting and BIR compliance I see another user has started an idea across here you can also support.🙂

  8. Before the update there were two greyed out boxes, when hovered over revealed the employee full salary and earnings to date - this was very handy when the salaries are based on an hourly rate. Where has this function gone? and can we have it back please.

  9. If a pay increase is implemented across the board then currently, the only way to amend employees salary amount is to enter each record manually. If you have a large number of employees this is extremely time consuming.

    If a salary scale was used and assigned to employee records, it could be uplifted by a percentage and all records would automatically update.

  10. GST - where an entity trades in different tax jurisdictions, allow the file to create the ability to manage GST for different countries (different GST codes) in separate GST accounts and not all consolidated into one GST account.
    eg if an entity trades in Australia and New Zealand, you can have an Australian GST account and a NZ GST account to make reconciliation and completion of BAS easier.

  11. In the Inventory Item Summary report I can customise the report by adding a filter & then searching for a stock item eg a spigot - but there are 100 different types of spigots, & each of them need to be selected individually!!! can we please have a "select all" button???

  14. Enable AIM tax method for NZ
    This is needed for small businesses in NZ to do their own AIM lodgement automatically via Xero without using an accountant. In the GST return, there are three options currently; Standard, Estimate, and Ratio but not AIM. The whole purpose of AIM is to smooth cashflow and make it simpler for small businesses to file one return for both GST and Income Tax at the same time, but it appears this option is not available to us! Please vote for this to be included ASAP as an option.

  15. We reconcile monthly sales with an internal ordering/salesprocessing system. This is good for checking to see if invoices have been missed and also to make sure that the net sales are the same in Xero too (another fail safe check). There needs to be a sales report that is easy to run off on a monthly basis showing net figures. Currently I have to run a couple of reports off - identify prepayments and delete them in the excel version, then add another column to work out net value. The latter is not always easy as some of our goods…

  17. Have all tasks automatically marked as invoiced (preferably with invoice number) when they have varying hourly rates and times set within the task. Also ability to mark any task manually as invoiced and assign an invoice number if required.

  18. Enable option to enter birthdate for contractors in payroll. Our contractors have been with us for years and we like to recognise their birthdays. Since xero payroll integrates with Finlerts LeaveCal and Google Calendar, this would make this a breeze :-)

  20. Xero Expenses - be able to change an expense claim submitted by an employee through the Expense App as Personal money (reimbursable) to Company Money (non-reimbursable). Currently within Xero Expenses, you can change the 'How did you 'pay' on an employee's submitted expense only if it was processed as Company Money (non reimbursable). It would be good if we could also do it the other way round in that if an employee submits an expense on the app as Personal, it could be changed to Company.
