  1. To be able to view at a glance the 'period taken from a customer to pay invoices' from the Due Date to when the funds have reached the supplier's bank account. This is instead of exporting the Xero report in an excel sheet and then adding a formula to calculate the difference between the two dates. Surely with all the information already stored in the Xero account, this option shouldn't be too difficult to add. Thank you.

  2. It would be very useful to be able to change the names of the General Ledger Account Types. Also Fixed Assets should be changed to Capital Assets because Capital Assets is really the applicable term because not all Fixed Assets fixed. Machinery, equipment, rolling stocks......

  3. It would be great if there was Inventory integration with Airtable (Airtable.com) to keep proper adjustment of our inventories. It’s a much easier to use system, for small business, that needs less support.

  4. Separating out pre & posttax deductions on PDF payslip. At the minute these are all displayed together.
    Would be better if Pre tax deductions where displayed under gross salary and then taxable pay calculated, before displaying post tax deductions.
    Would be easier for employees to follow.

  5. The Xero App currently does not allow you to manually edit the tax amount on bills, and therefore in turn means you cannot approve bills with any tax adjustments made via the App.

    I'd like for this to become a feature to save any approvers having to log into Xero in another way just to approve a bill.

  6. Ability to completely remove from the My Xero homepage cancelled Xero organisations. Currently, you can list no fewer than 10 items per page, so if you have say 4 active organisations and 6 cancelled organisations, you are 'forced' to look at the list of cancelled organisations every time you log in, even if the entities have long been deregistered and there is no chance that you will resubscribe to them.

  8. I would like to add an "Account Type" called Cash on Hand that would sit as a heading on the Balance Sheet Just like Bank, Curent Assets etc does. We have various sources of this account type, and I would like to group them rather than them sitting in current assets as they currently do. They are not technically bank accounts, so don't want them under that heading.

  10. Custom Reports
    The formula feature only appears to work for columns that are located to the left of the formula column.
    Each column has a name, surely the name is the important element and not the position of the column on the report.
    Can the formula feature be amended so that columns from anywhere in the report can be included

  11. The profit and loss report has an option to put in the budgeted figures when you edit the layout. Can this option also be introduced to the Cash summary report please. Some of my fruit farmers love to see that figures as well compared to the actual figures.

  12. I need CN and (over)payment allocation lines in Account Transactions to be supplemented by invoice number as unique document number. Currently, there is a link through Reference, but Reference might not be unique entry, and so tracking credit note allocation is not impossible. Thanks.

  13. When amending the email which is sent when sending an invoice, I sometimes accidentally touch the screen, causing the screen to swipe down, losing the message. If you swipe down on the email, could this not be saved as a draft with the draft invoice, so I don’t have to start again?

  15. Hi there! Really loving the "sticky headers" in the new reporting - just so much easier to use and navigate. I wondered whether it would also be beneficial to implement something similar on the other Xero functions. Namely for employee details. Often, I would find that I would click a tab, scroll down and not find the information I was looking for (because it was actually in another tab facepalm), then I would have to scroll back up to the top of the page to select the right tab.   17. Automatically accrue RDO hours after a certain amount of hours logged.

    Job management systems push 80 hours over as a timesheet in Xero.

    We would like the total combined hours logged (ordinary hours, annual leave, RDOs, personal leave and public holidays) in excess of 76 hours to automatically be converted to RDO hours.

    E.g: If I log 80 hours ordinary time, I accrue 4 hours RDO.
    E.g: If I log 78 hours ordinary time, I accrue 2 hours RDO.
    E.g: If I log 80 hours annual leave, I accrue 4 hours RDO.
    E.g: If I log 72 hours ordinary time…

  18. It would be great if in Blue Xero in the Contacts list the "Mobile number" can be displayed when there is no actual phone number, currently you need to open the contact to see the Mobile Number. a bit frustrating.

    We've just released a recent improvement to searching contacts where you can now search a contact by any phone, direct dial, mobile or fax number saved in their contact record.

    While you won't be able to see a contacts mobile number from the screen, you'll be able to search for a contact by a mobile number that's been saved for them.

    We don't have further change planned to add more detail to this screen atm but we'll continue to track the support of the idea here.

  19. Please can we have the functionality to add more than one gocardless account to one organisation? We have a client account where funds are directed to a trust account under one account and then our normal gocardless account and would be great to be able to include both sets of transactions (at the moment we have one linked and the other is updated manually at the end of the month.)
